Understanding Expiry of Download Links and How to Refresh Them


Introduction: In this article, we will explain why download links expire and what customers can do when their links have expired. At ADSR Sounds, we value our customers and strive to provide exceptional support. We understand that encountering expired links can be frustrating, but rest assured, our customer support team is here to help you refresh your download links promptly. 

Why Do Links Expire? 
Download links automatically expire for two main reasons:

Time Limit: To ensure that our customers have access to the most current and relevant content, we set a time limit for download links. After one year, the links expire as newer versions or updates may be available. This allows us to maintain the quality and relevance of the products we offer. 

Download Attempts: To protect the interests of our customers and content creators, we have a limit on the number of download attempts. By allowing up to 10 attempts per link, we can prevent abuse or unauthorized distribution of our products. 

What To Do When Your Links Expire? 
If you encounter expired download links, you can now also use our self-service to refresh your links. Just follow the link below and you will see a blue chat box in the bottom right corner. From there, just click on 'Chat' and you will be directed to our ADSR Support Bot who will assist you: https://support.adsrsounds.com/portal/en/kb/adsr

Provide Order Information: To help us locate your order quickly, please provide us with the necessary order information, such as the order number, the email address associated with your purchases, or any other relevant details.
  1. Your order/invoice number can be found in your email receipt:


    It can also be found in the 'My Orders' section of your ADSR account. Just hover the mouse over 'My Account' and click 'Orders'



    Then head to 'Recent Orders' where you can find the invoice/order numbers listed.



    If you have multiple purchases with the same email address, you can just provide us with the associated email address.

    Once our self-service portal verifies your purchase, it will refresh your download links, allowing you to access your purchases once again.
