Order Not Visible in Your Account

Welcome to our customer support knowledge base! In this article, we will address a common issue where a purchased order is not visible in your account. This typically occurs when you make a purchase without being logged in, resulting in the order being registered as a guest purchase. 


1. Identifying the Issue: If you cannot see your order in your account, it is likely because you made the purchase without being logged in. As a result, the site registered the order as a guest purchase. 


2. Linking Your Guest Purchase to Your Account: To resolve this issue and link your guest purchase to your account, please contact our customer support team at store@adsrsounds.com. Inform them about the situation and provide relevant details, such as your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Our support team will assist you in linking your guest purchase to your account. 


3. Accessing Your Purchase: You can access them by logging in to your account at www.adsrsounds.com and navigating to My Account > Orders > Available Downloads (or Available Software). 


4. Download Link Expiration: Please note that download links have an expiration period. They automatically expire after 1 year or after 10 download attempts, whichever comes first. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend downloading your purchased content within this timeframe.
