Accessing Refreshed Download Links WITH an ADSR Account
You can access them by logging in to your account at www.adsrsounds.com and navigating to My Account > Orders > Available Downloads (or Available Software).
Accessing Refreshed Download Links WITHOUT an ADSR Account
1. Locating the Email: Search your email inbox for the original email we sent you when you made your purchase. The refreshed download links should be present in that email. Please ensure that you have emptied your browser cache before attempting to use the links.
2. Checking Spam and Promotions Folders: If you are unable to find the email with the refreshed download links in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folders. Occasionally, emails from
store@adsrsounds.com may end up there.
3. Accessing the Links: Once you have located the email, click on the refreshed download links provided. The links should direct you to the appropriate download pages where you can initiate the downloading process.
4. Create a Free User Account (Optional): To simplify the process of managing your purchases and accessing future downloads, we recommend creating a free user account with ADSR Sounds. By doing so, you can have all your purchases organized in one place within the user area on our website. To create an account, visit adsrsounds.com and click on "Create Account" in the top right-hand corner.
5. Linking Previous Orders to Your Account: Once you have created your account, you can then use our self-service to link your previous orders to your new account. Just follow the link below and you will see a blue chat box in the bottom right corner. From there, just click on 'Chat' and you will be directed to our ADSR Support Bot who will assist you in linking your order history:
